5 star product and 5 star customer service!! I initially received the wrong sweater. I messaged the seller and let them know what happened. They replied to my message in less than an hour and fixed the mistake immediately. They sent me the correct sweater as well as the shipping label and bag to send the other one back. Mistakes happen, it’s the excellent customer service to fix it that matters! And then I received the correct sweater and WOW😍 I cannot imagine a more beautiful piece of clothing! It’s magical! I love dragons but I also love all things girly so this is just perfect for me. It’s also very well made, it’s not too heavy but it’s also not very thin. It’s oversized and perfect! I am absolutely in love with it! I would definitely recommend this shop🥰

It arrive quite late but regardless I love the items I got. No customer service whatsoever but I'm not the only one that seem to mention that. They are legit just keep in mind you may not get a message from the seller.

quality is very nice. items shipped fast. but the fit on this is a little strange, like the sleeves are too wide/big - not sure if they'll soften over time and drape a little better but right now the fabric is very stiff and boxy? makes my arms look huge. lol it's an extremely cute piece though. i would def purchase from here again, but heads up, customer service was non existent. i sent 2 messages that went completely ignored before i even placed my order. i had a question about an item, & after a few days of no reply, i followed up, still got no reply, so i took a leap of faith and ordered anyway. thankfully it worked out but it's not ideal. 😅 might be the first time a seller has completely ignored a message from me on etsy. lol

Sizing was accurate and the clothes are nice, i love the pastel colors
