Skirt is very stretchy and comfy. I had seen this at a recent anime convention but regretted not getting it there. Very cute and I would highly recommend.

This was soooo cute in person. It's perfect and sparkly and adorable!! Picture includes the teddy bear necklace which matches perfectly with it. :)
